Why should I use a mortgage adviser?

Finding the cheapest and most suitable deal can take hours, if not days, and there is no guarantee you will end up with the right product or be accepted by the lender. How can you offer free advice?

All mortgage brokers receive payment from the lender for arranging your mortgage. Where we are different is that we never charge you a fee for our advice or service. Many people say that we are selling ourselves short, but we believe our expert advice should be available to all and that’s why our directors decided not to charge a fee.
