LISA

Absolutely fantastic mortgage advisers.

Absolutely fantastic mortgage advisers. Couldn’t be more happy with the service, they were so helpful, patient and considerate of my individual circumstances and the actual mortgage application process was so quick, I was amazed! Really, really pleased, with huge thanks to Doug, Rhianna and all the team.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received.

I recently completed a remortgage through Lansdown Financial Services, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From the initial consultation to the final paperwork, the entire process was handled with efficiency, clarity, and genuine care. I’m now on a much better mortgage deal, saving money each month and feeling more financially secure. The whole experience was far less stressful than I expected, thanks to the team’s support and expertise.

Able to get us a slightly better interest rate at the last minute.

Alannah and Rhianna have been incredibly helpful arranging our remortgage. They managed to find a great rate for us as we came off our fixed rate deal, and were even able to get us a slightly better interest rate at the last minute. Great communication, highly recommended. 👍

Gives the facts and none of the normal jargon.

Great communication from Tom and Rhianna at LFS. We engaged with Tom back in 2024 and formally instructed him this year. Tom has been informative, transparent and just gives the facts and none of the normal jargon you get from a high street mortgage advisor. Myself and my partner would definitely recommend LFS - great service all round!

We were two very nervous first time buyers and we were made to feel so at ease.

We can’t recommend Aaron and them team enough. We were two very nervous first time buyers and we were made to feel so at ease, no question too silly for them. They were quick to respond and easily contactable, right down to an issue that arose a day before completion, they were around to help us. Thanks so much Lansdown team!

Aaron has gone above and beyond to sort this in a short timeframe.

My wife and I are first time buyers and have been speaking with Aaron to secure a mortgage offer. The process has been fantastic, Aaron is incredibly responsive and takes the time to explain everything in detail. Everything has been straight forward, and Aaron has gone above and beyond to sort this in a short timeframe. We recommend using Lansdown FS to anyone needing mortgage advice!

Exceptional - I don't normally leave reviews but Lansdown FS have been faultless.

Exceptional - I don't normally leave reviews but Lansdown FS have been faultless. From the moment i got in touch I was contacted by Alannah Hall who has dealt with my not so straight forward Mortgage application from start to finish. Alannah has gone above and beyond the extra mile for me in my circumstances to find a good rate, package and was always so helpful in explaining all of my options and finding the time to set up a call to discuss this whilst I have been working away overseas in different time zones. I won't hesitate in future to get back in touch with them again or recommend them both to anyone looking for a mortgage broker in Bath. 10/10

Secured a mortgage offer with a great rate and in record time.

I can’t rate Aaron and his team highly enough! From the first call that we had with him, he has been incredibly professional, responsive and reassuring for us as first time buyers. He has guided us through every step of the process in a super clear way, and we feel that we are in very safe hands. We have just secured a mortgage offer with a great rate and in record time despite some complicated credit history, all thanks to their hard work. I’m so glad we chose Lansdown Financial Services
